Our recommendations:
Whoa, you’ve done quite a bit already! We think you’re ready to put all the pieces together, in particular facilitation. That can best be done by jumping in and practicing again and again. The two options:
- The Sociocracy Leadership Training. A 10-week program immersion program. You get to be a part of a circle and hold meetings, work on a little project, and reflect together. It’s the best way to put all the pieces together.
- If you’d rather only role-play and focus on facilitation, have a look at the Advanced Facilitation classes. We call them deep practice for a reason!

Our recommendations:
Yay you!! You’re clearly not a novice anymore!
- We think our 12-month program, the Sociocracy Academy, might be of interest to you. It also prepares you to be a certified trainer if that’s something you want to do.
- If certification and being a trainer are not for you, maybe SoFA membership would be of interest? It’s a great way to experience and enjoy working sociocratically together. We’d love to get to know you!

Our recommendations:
Whoa! Are you certified yet? Do you want to be certified? You might still qualify for the Sociocracy Academy but it depends on your goals and on your experience with a variety of organizations beyond your own.
Have a look at the certification page. Also, consider SoFA membership. It’s a great way to experience and enjoy working sociocratically together. We’d love to get to know you!
